Salmon tonight. I'm trying to decide what to do with it. I think that I've eventually decided to have it in a risotto. I'll throw some sweetcorn and peas in as well.

We were really fancying pasta…then realised we have rather a lot of ready cooked runner beans and spuds needing eating…as well as tomatoes and cucumber and lettuce, so we’ve decided to bbq lamb steaks to serve with them.
