Cheese, leek and onion flan made yesterday with salad and pickles.

I think I'll make some leek and potato soup today.

We've still had soup, but I made tomato and aubergine instead. I'm happy to say that even Mr GF enjoyed it.

Ice cream lollies the next time he wakes up.

Darn GF….so much for me trying to cut back a tad !
Brill idea…* tootles off to find some cheddar cheese in the freezer.
I say tootles…..but more like ‘waddles’ after the excesses of Xmas and New Year!

Turkey from the freezer with roast potatoes, carrots and parsnips, red cabbage and mashed potatoes.

I've made an Apple pie for tomorrow to follow a Justa and I've prepared a stew pack for Wednesday.

I also made a rice pudding whilst the oven was on. Yum.

We're on for spinach risotto (didn't happen the other night), with some roasted Brussels sprouts and pancetta on top.

Edited: cancelled. Lunch was too late and too plentiful to manage this. Cup of tea and a biscuit will be about all we can manage, I expect.
