I decided I only wanted half my steak last night do we’ll have a tumble salad with slithers of steak as the guest ingredient.
Pumpkin and chestnut soup to start…and more of the apple tart for pud.

Tonight I think scampi, potato wedges, peas, corn on the cob and homemade tartare sauce.

Strawberries and cream.

Not sure who's on supper duty tonight, me again or friend up the valley. If me, spaghetti in a pea and courgette creamy sauce.

Yesterday I had a mushroom in cheddar and spinach sauce starter, then Tomahawk pork with new potatoes, green beans and a red wine sauce. Double chocolate brownie with raspberries and clotted cream.

Today lasagne and salad.

Tonight was a one pot green tomatoes, spring onions, bacon, rice and parmesan thing. Quite nice.

Tonight scallops and King prawns in a lobster bisque type sauce with salad and bread and butter.

Grilled tuna served with broccoli and pasta followed by fresh pineapple
