I'm making onion tart and salad for the hordes today. Well, not really hordes, but more of us than usual.

We’ve decided on pizza tomorrow- so OH has the dough on the go in preparation.
The rest of the pineapple for pud

Pizza for lunch. Lentil moussaka with a ricotta topping for supper.

Still pizza for us too. The dough has massively expanded …looking ready to head through the window on its own given half a chance!
For those of you into dough, it’s a poolish dough, and makes the most amazing base.

A dish of padron peppers with a generous sprinkling of salt to share for starters. (I unexpectedly came across some Padron peppers while out and about yesterday)

Roast chicken, roast parsnip, dauphinois potatoes, carrots, green beans, and gravy.

I think we'll have orange jelly with mandarins in it with cream for dessert.

Our usual tagliatelle, bol, pesto, parmesan and garlic bread.

Tonight chicken leftover from yesterday, garlic bread, corn on the cob, padron peppers, beer battered onion rings and some kind of salad.

More of the jelly with mandarins.

Might do boiled new potatoes with it instead of the recommended chips, though.

Edited: all change. M up the valley has requested the lentil moussaka.

Re-edited: back to original plan. Neither Mr Snoop nor I fancy lentil moussaka.

Scallops followed by bbq lamb chops served with mashed spuds and french beans.
Creme caramel followed by burpday cake ( celebrating daughter’s burpday - if anyone needs an excuse for a glass of anything to raise)
