That's very restrained, Flo. I imagine most people eat ALL of theirs.

                  • Having eaten lettuce until it came out of our ears last week…then the remaining ones collapsing in the heat, I was very surprised to feel quite excited seeing a huuuge red oak leaf lettuce in the supermarket.
So, tomorrow will be a tumble salad starring geziers and avacado and chopped apple.
Fancying that tonight actually but OH is busily preparing the fish Thai curry as we speak…either will be delish

We only ate half of the chips from yesterdays takeout so they'll be reheated for cheesy chips sandwiches.

This evening our usual tagliatelle, bol. garlic bread etc.

                        • Today I'm going to have a go at making aubergine parmigiano. I saw Raymond Blanc make it on TV last Saturday and I've looked at a few online recipes since. Wish me luck. We'll have it with a salad and garlic bread.

                              • Well, the aubergine parmigiano was very enjoyable. It was also more filling than I expected. I put parmesan and ricotta in it and mozzarella on the top. I'd forgotten that Mr GF isn't a fan of mozzarella. Next time I'll replace the mozzarella with something less " rubbery".

We weregoing to have banana splits but somehow a couple of the Biscoff ice cream lollies jumped out of the freezer!
