Last night was prawn, mushroom, broccoli and pea risotto (unfortunately no sweetcorn left in the freezer).
I've got bread making itself in the breadmaker and I am going to make some mushroom soup for this evening. I'll use the last of the old bread to make garlic and herb croutons for Mr GF.Comment

I'm making pasta bake for us this evening, for the freezer and to give away. We'll have it with garlic bread, salad and a big handful of parmesan.
I was just remembering that when myself and Mr GF got together, over 30 years ago, he told me he didn't like garlic. Really! Mind you I thought I didn't like basil.

I remembered the pizza dough in the freezer (a couple of times a year I get fresh yeast from the local Polish shop and fill the freezer with pizza dough and cake), so .. dinner is pizza with various random veggies that need to be used up. Bell pepper, onion, and the last few Brussels sprouts. Some parmesan, cheddar and freezer tomatoes.
