Stir fried rice, throwing in an onion and courgette thats left, leftover chicken, and chorizo.
As normal with a side salad (hope I grow some this year!!)
Pork fillet in onion and apple creamy sauce with mashed spuds and chopped Savoy cabbage
Jelly for pud.
Not to dissimilar to me Nicos, we had stuffed pork chops and colcannon. I used the last of my curly kale to make my colcannon, the only thing I didn’t add was the onion in melted butter.
