Overnight rain (unexpected) left everything rather wet for things like weeding, but there was water to collect and I rearranged it a bit so there is plenty of space in the water butts attached to roofs in preparation for storm Floris. Also dug the compost out of the bottom of the hotbin.

Apart from collecting as much rain water as possible, I don't anticipate that the weather will be suitable for gardening today.

Windy today,I’m looking outside every now & then & standing tomato plants back up & one cucumber plant,I watered two tomato pots because the whole pots had blown over. Five of the plants needed new sticks,a lot of my sticks are old & fragile though,its raining now hope that weighs all the plants down

I had that problem last year with tall cosmos plants - I thought the pots they were in were big and heavy enough to be stable but they weren't.

I did manage to collect a decent amount of water yesterday between rain bands, also sowed microgreens and potted up 2 kale plants and harvested some blueberries and a couple of tomatoes.
