We had rain until lunch time today.
Everything looking so much fresher.
Barrels, buckets and water butts about half full now.
And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

Since 9pm last night I've had a total of 6.5mm of rain. Whoop Whoop that's half the amount of rain that I've had during the rest of the month

An afternoon of rain and a thunderstorm. Like VC says, sometimes heavy, sometimes light. The water butt's full again, tall plants a bit shaken by the strong gusts, but nothing broken down. The dust has been laid, and everywhere smells fresh again.Location - Leicestershire - Chisit-land
Endless wonder.

Rained overnight here.
All water butts, buckets and basins are now full up.
I also put as many plants as I could manage out in the rain and they look the better for it.
All back in the greenhouse now.
And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.
