I think tonight might be eggs in purgatory, but I might add sliced courgette to the Italian tomato sauce, more like ratatouille without the aubergine. Garlic bread.
Cheese and biscuits later.
Nicos, is so hard to find proper ripe, juicy peaches, or nectarines near me. A couple of Summers ago one shop had them all Summer. It was bliss. Usually all that are available are the rock hard ones that go mouldy before they go soft.
A complete waste of money.

These were on offer in Lidl GF.…I didn’t expect much from them so early in the season…but oh boy are they yummy!
Know what you mean though about rock hard then mouldy in a blink of an eye

update!…almost 200g of juicy raspberries!!!
