I was thinking Spag bol, but I’m really not hungry as I had a large, late lunch. OH is eating out..mussels and fries.

Salad, spaghetti with sun-dried tomato pesto, cherries for afters.

Just as well there are some green leaves and avocado pear in there, otherwise it's a very red meal!

Last night Himself had a Justa so I had crumpets with cheese and naked beans. Dessert was strawberry sponge pudding and custard.

I got a couple of chicken legs out of the freezer to defrost last night. I think I'll roast them tonight and have one with ratatouille and garlic bread.

The other, after I have, no doubt, eaten it's crispy skin, I'll cut up and either fridge or freeze ready to make into coronation chicken .

Pizza followed by lollies. Not healthy, but the now grown-up kids who are visiting are keen to relive their much younger days when such meals weren't frowned on. Plus our Italian friend is coming. Jolly times.

Pizza. Just basic pepperoni pizza. Nothing remotely healthy with it. It was very tasty.

Marinated Tuna steaks with jewelled rice.

Salmon, salad and a square of very dark chocolate for afters.

Sardines and yet more salad for lunch, cherries for afters. Visitor cooking supper. Yippee!

Pork steaks in a creamy sauce, with mashed spuds, peppered white cabbage and apple sauce.

Maybe a choc ice for pud. It seems to be getting hotter as the sun is dropping…bizarre!
Either that or the first peaches of the summer! Mmmm.

We had some of our defrosted black cherries for breakfast…thought it might be a good idea to eating more up…not that I think there are many left in the freezer now.
Choc-a- block crammed with stewed apple and mirabelles (sigh)
