I got a couple of chicken legs out of the freezer to defrost last night. I think I'll roast them tonight and have one with ratatouille and garlic bread.
The other, after I have, no doubt, eaten it's crispy skin
, I'll cut up and either fridge or freeze ready to make into coronation chicken

Pork steaks in a creamy sauce, with mashed spuds, peppered white cabbage and apple sauce.
Maybe a choc ice for pud. It seems to be getting hotter as the sun is dropping…bizarre!
Either that or the first peaches of the summer! Mmmm.

We had some of our defrosted black cherries for breakfast…thought it might be a good idea to eating more up…not that I think there are many left in the freezer now.
