He managed some small cubes of cheese at lunchtime, but that might be it for today.

I've got no appetite at all. I did have a small bacon sandwich at brunchtime.

As it will need to be either something with eggs or something that can cook from frozen, choices are limited.

I have got some smoked mackerel in the fridge but I don't fancy that. The other half of the frozen pizza that I had the other day? Frozen supermarket fish in batter?

I've settled on "Uova In Purgatorio" with garlic bread for tonight. I've never made it before.

I really enjoyed it, despite still not really being hungry. Quick, easy and tasty. What more could I want?

Fish en papillote with broccoli and carrots on the side today. We ended up having lamb's liver stroganoff yesterday.

Fish chips and mushy peas this evening.

I think it will be Smoked mackerel, boiled potatoes and salad.

Tonight, I think haddock in batter, fried up potato slices, carrots, french beans, and homemade tartare sauce.

We didn't bbq last night as it started raining and was quite cool so will attempt one tonight . Kofta's and butterflied chicken breast marinated, maybe salad and garlic bread

Lunchtime was chicken stroganoff. The offspring didn't turn up due to being asleep as a result of working nights; so we'll be having some at dinner time tomorrow as well.

I did send daughter a text message suggesting that we could stick their portions on the back of a post card for them...
