Tumble salad for me…I made the mistake of doing my Monday morning weight check today instead of postponing until tomorrow…so best be proactive I guess.

Star guest will probably be tuna.
Fresh fruit salad and yog for pud.

^Green, Nicos. The purple and white ones I came across didn't appeal that much. I've just eaten a bit raw (pinched straight from the plant, much to Jack's annoyance as he wants it too...). Delicious.

I've some bone in thighs which I will oven cook with some flavour or other, might fo a creamy/cheese new potato and broccoli thing with salad

Romanesco cauliflower cheese - the Romanesco was planted last spring, didn't do much, but I didn't pull it out as there was no rush over winter. To my surprise it has now developed a healthy and good looking head.
