I must say I tried the salted caramel and almond Magnums after my meal yesterday. Not my cup of tea at all.

Throw Out as usual tonight.

Last night was fish and chips in the Air Fryer! Since cleaning the oven I can't get the seal back on - think it might need a new one.

Not quite sure but plan A is courgette and carrot soup followed by fish with a side salad followed by a fresh peach

Tonight will be meatballs again, but today I'll make a spicy tomato based sauce (with onion ,garlic, mushroom, celery, peppers, etc). We'll have macaroni, garlic bread and parmesan cheese too.

Pork tenderloin in a mushroom sauce with rice and no idea what else. There's a cauli needs eating but it somehow doesn't appeal.

Cod tonight, baked in the oven I think, potato scallops in beer batter, carrots, peas and homemade tartare sauce.

I'm toying with the idea of orange jelly with mandarin oranges in it and the last peach.

Stuffed pancakes- with a selection of cheeses and tuna and a tomato paste and salad.
Fresh peaches for pud- but if I find time it’ll be chocolate mousse with fresh raspberries

Roast Lamb, roasted potatoes/parsnips with carrots, French beans and peas.

Baking mince pies while the ovens on.

The last of the tenderloin, probably in a pressure cooker with dried fruit.

As it seems more like Winter than Summer I've taken some stew out of the freezer and mixed some Yorkshire pudding batter.
