Cauliflower and assorted other veg stir fried with tobanjan sauce. Pineapple for pud.

Have just made coconut and chocolate chip cookies, some for gifts, some for us.

Edited to change from cauli curry seeing as the coconut went in the cookies.

I've got a hospital appointment in a town a few miles away for a scan late this afternoon so I'll probably be home late. I think I'll set some curry off in the slow cooker before I go.

Turkey in a creamy tarragon sauce with peas and our own green beans. With a side salad with our own lettuce.

Last night was chicken and sweet potato curry with naan followed by strawberries and nectarines with cream.

Tonight salmon baked with lemon and capers, new potatoes, peas, sweetcorn, Padron peppers and homemade tartare sauce. Nectarines and cream.

Part of my re-build, a chicken casserole in the slow cooker with my peas and broad beans from the garden...................................delicious.

It's cool again today and Mr GF is fancying Yorkshire pudding so I think I'll make some beef stew in the slow cooker to go with it.
