      • Lamb curry and rice with a garlic naan. I've also made 2 banana loaves to freeze in readiness for the Coronation - I'm sure eldest GG will be having some kind of charity soiree

          • Funnily enough Bren…OH got out of our cellar (uk food store) a tin of baked beans, some white cocktail onions and a jar of shredded red cabbage in vinegar….so - what a choice!

                            • I really fancy mushroom risotto, but we had rice last night so OH suggested mushroom lasagne and a side salad. Then I found a slice of uncooked turkey breast in the fridge. Not enough even for one person, so whatever we’re having will have chopped up turkey breast in it!
                              I’ve made a knickerbocker glory each for pud…raspberries, cheesecake type creamy mix, crumbled ginger biscuits, lemon curd and will top it off with a blob of ice cream when it’s time to eat it. Sounds refreshing doesn’t it?
