Tonight daughter is making a Thai curry including garlic greens, spinach and salad.

Lunch: curried black-eyed beans
Supper: up the valley, so not cooking: chickpea and chicken tagine apparently.
Plus: madeleines (different recipe but still with oil, so interesting to compare). The rate we're getting through bread at the moment, yet more...
