Tonight I'm planning to cook chestnut mushrooms in garlic, lemon juice and fresh parsley, homemade falafels and flatbreads with spring onions, mixed leaf salad and asparagus.

    Lunch: lentil soup
Supper: up the valley for gnocchi

Made flapjacks yesterday in the end, loads left so no need for buns. But the bread hasn't lasted long (small loaves), so more bread...

Stir fry chicken with lots of veg and oyster sauce with rice followed by yoghurt with vanilla and rhubarb, washed down with a nice cold pint of lite Cider.

Lunch: packet soup. Oh the shame of it. Mr Snoop 'cooked' it, honest.
Supper: curried black-eyed beans. Made yesterday so no effort either. Delicious home-made naans.
