        That looks great Ms-T.
It looks like a chilli grow type thing, grow light and propogater all rolled into one.
Now if you can't get on with it, just send it to me and I'll have a go

Gosh - I'm a complete amateur in the chili department compared to you lot - I'm only growing 2 this year, & none of them are very hot!

Red basque and dedo De mocha sweet aji, which is so mild it's under the sweet peppers section of the real seeds catalogue!

Hopefully I'll pick up some tips from all of you lot. Will be sowing in the propogater when they arrive in a few days.
                  Another happy Nutter...

I grew the sweet aji from realseeds last year with seeds given to me by Maverick. They were fantastic Humph, well worth a try. I'll be growing them again.

sp i was just wondering if you have a heater in your grow area (im thinking of calling your grow area ,area 51 if you dont mind ) or do you just get heat from the lights ? im not sure what im going to do when my seeds sprout and get too tall for the propergaters ,i was going to take the lids off the prop but leave it switched on and try to heat the roots that way but that will mean i cant start more seeds as it will still be in use ,any thoughts ? cheers

Had a few chillies and peppers sown early. Just experimenting really, with a few of the oldest seeds that may take longer to germinate or not germinate at all.

And some others I've got in swaps, which may be of uncertain age and provenance

Had patchy germination as expected with the older seeds, but a few popped up. My HJ10 Afterglow Space Chilli seedling has been lost, probably due to lack of warmth/light

Germination from fresh self-saved seeds was within 5 days
Too early to say whether they will survive, but it's demonstrated the much better germination/success rates with fresh seed.

I plant in small pots. I get two trays of six to fit in my basic small heated propagator.
