I've got quite a few popping up now. All of my Marconi yellow and all but one of Sweet Heat are up, along with a single Mild Jalapeno.

Help! My Cayenne peppers are a month old and already starting to flower. Do I pinch them out, are they too young to start? In previous years my chilies have always been several months before they began to bloom so this is new for me

I would take the flower out , just to let it get a bit stronger.then let the next one set.

All of my pepper seeds are now sprouted and potted up, and most of them are already up above the soil surface. Running out of space on my windowsill...

It looks like I have 100 percent germination on my chillies and sweet peppers, that's a bonus.

Well it's been 8 weeks but my seeds from Finland have just arrived. Probably a bit late now for the Hainan Yellow Lantern being a chinense but probably just about ok for the others. Gonna have to give away some plants tho as I had written the seeds off so my tent is full.

The aji citro was a freebie but sounds interesting. The hottest baccatum apparently. And prolific. Sounds like a much hotter version of a lemon drop which is unfortunately my least fav chilli flavour wise. Might grow one and see tho.

They were just plain Jalapena. Colouring up nicely now. I did the same with two bell peppers and one of those has a nice looking fruit about the size of an orange now. The Plum tomato plant was with them all on the windowsill and so far has given me 3 tomatoes in February with new flowers now coming.

Unfortunately this year's seed plantings have germinated well. I got no results from either Prairie Fire or my Padron. Going to try a second sowing this weekend. Maybe i'll soak them overnight first.

Anybody got any idea what is causing this build up on the underside of one my plants leaves? Looks a bit like yellow grit.

The plant looks otherwise healthy. This is only on the top newer leaves. The bottom leaves are unaffected.
