Today I harvested 2020

Had a lovely harvest of japanese wineberries - the first properly substantial one. Have been growing the bush to have more stems>fruit.
A few early autumn raspberries.
Rainbow chard/perpetual spinach.
Yellow courgette

Another kilo of french beans.
Tenderstem broccoli
A few strawberries (the everbearing ones have started producing again, after about a month's break).

The last of the blackcurrants.
The very first plum (it was massive, too).

Telephone peas, mixed lettuce, radishes, spring onions, nasturtiums flowers and raspberries.

At this rate I'm going to be turning into Popeye before the year is out!!!

Today I lifted some of my first potatoes arran pilot & made wedges with a bit of cajun seasoning,just chop the raw potato up & bake in some olive oil,really fresh tasting

Cant believe it's that time 9f the year already.
Picked a dish of wild blackberries this evening.

From the garden, peas, beans tomatoes,, scallions and a cucumber.
