    Dug up parsnips, carrots and JA's then picked a few herbs for tonight's sausage casserole.

              Oca and daikon radish.

              Also collected a load of windfall apples from some trees at the edge of the allotment which don't belong to anyone. The apples are still in pretty good condition, seeing as we're already a week into January. I've made jelly from some, and will make a crumble from the rest.

                      Just all year round lettuce today.

                      SP unless you grow your own you miss out on the treat of eating sprout tops.

                        Today was a swede for mashing with spuds for us, and some kale and herb leaves for the guinea pigs
                        Anything is possible with the right attitude, a hammer
                        and a roll of duct tape.
