    Now there's clever! This has kept me awake way past my bedtime! Thanks Ollie - a new pooter trick every day. And Snadger - it pays to increase your wordpower!
    Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

          I can't believe only Ollie did Transmogrify - it was so easy ie: I love it when the leaves transmogrify in autumn...oh well. And Ollie, if your word is for the 21st, does that mean we get a day off?

            Too easy perhaps......we were expecting a torrent and didn't get it.

            We've now got 24 hours to think about tomorrow's useage......perhaps that's the way it should be???

              Could be, its certainly a sticky one...I'll go away and think about it. I wonder if you get extra points for using the word in multiple threads...

                So does that mean we're not having a word for today?

                    Here you go, you can have;

                    anthropomorphism
                    an·thro·po·mor·phism

                    Attribution of human motivation, characteristics, or behavior to inanimate objects, animals, or natural phenomena.

                        Doh!
                        I posted it just after midnight last night meaning it for today, but in my sleepy stupor managed to post it for tomorrow.
                        I guess I'll re-post it tomorrow morning an we can try anthropomorphism today.

                          Sarz has definately set us a toughie, I don't think you could use it as an 'ism' easily...

                            LOL @ Ollie; you need a PA

                            [Can we also do variations of the word, such as anthropomorphic? or does it have to be the actual word?]

                              I've already used variations of some of the previous words.
                              Anthopomorphism can definately be used as written because two grapes have already done it before this thread was even created!
