  • B - Porridge
    L - 2 egg Omelette
D - Roast Pork and heaps of veg

Had a G&T and will prob have a glass of red with dinner.

Walked dog twice, mucked out 1 stable. Went to Gym and did 10 mins on each of 2 different bikes, 10 mins on treadmill and 10 on Xtrainer. Then Sauna and Steam room. Head cold is subsiding, and I now don't think it'll kill me, but I've got to try free weights tomorrow, so if I don't check in here it'll be coz I can't lift my hands up to the keyboard lol!

    • Well actually I was a size 20 after second child was born, but the skirt in question didn't fit then was too small! Shame cos I loved that skirt.
I can only get in size 10 skirts now cos of the zip - trousers I am still 12 or 14 depending. And 14 top. But that's still 3 dress sizes, one for each stone lost! I think I am like Marilyn M, no waist but curves everywhere else. I even discovered a RIB the other day - not seen those since I was at school lol.

Come on ladies (and gents) who are participating - we can do this!

                      • Day off yesterday - Birthday party next door - big binge lol!

Had the munchies (and succumbed) on the way back from vet visit with the dog (comfort food), but did walk him twice and do full workout at the Gym.

How long 'till dinner - I'm famished!

                            • Lost about 3 pounds - that still leaves me well overweight, but it's encouraging.

Thanks, TS for the suggestion about a smaller plate.
