Good evening all.
Such a busy day I didnt even get time to say good morning
Son is getting new windows in xo baby was dropped in before cock crow.
I am fairly shattered ad I walked for miles and then spent part of the afternoon running g after him.
This little guy can fairly move and he is only 13 months.
After he was gone I went and picked blackberries.
Dont think I have any energy left.

Woke up early, bright and breezy this morning, already on my 2nd cuppa.
The plot is fairly tidy now, so I'll potter in the garden today, if anyone needs me...….

Morning all. Decking is now finished. A load of hardwood logs are now stacked in the corner and my secondary log storage is full, ready for the Autumn.

I have a load of fencing etc stashed behind my shed so I think I will get the chain saw out and get it cut up so that I have softwood as well.

I must get to the plot today at some time to water up and check/harvest beans and peas . I also need to tie up my forest of chrysanth plants.

Shopping, housework and ebay stuff to be posted at some time during the day also. All in all a busy day ahead.

It's a beautiful sunny morning.
It's the captains day today so a big e ent in our pitch snd putt calender.
Off to the national concert hall tonight to here the music of Abba by the R.T.E orchestra.
So another busy day for me.

Morning all.

Had a busy morning planting out lettuce, cabbages, broccoli and romanesco. Still got the caulis to go, but I got a bit hot so they can wait till this evening. Had wanted to do all the planting last night, but took so long to get the water from the well that it was dark by the time we finished. Days are getting shorter, for sure.

Another big storm passing over Spain but will leave next to nothing in our region. Still got water in the well, though. So with any luck we'll get through to the autumn rains, assuming they come.

Rest of the day brings paid work and washing up and definitely an afternoon nap.

Good afternoon all,my word ti's very hot,we just been chillin out this after,it's our 52nd year today,where does time go,hoping to take a look down the plot in morning,before the sun comes out,it will be sheet night tonight,to hot for the quilt,never satisfied are we,hehehehe,Bgood2yrselves.

Evening all. spent the best part of the day at the plot. So easy to forget what's going on in the world when I'm there. I weeded down the side of my tunnel but the main job today was prepping the area on the bottom side of my shed ready to move my IBC down there. Mission accomplished and I recycled 3 partly broken plastic pallets using them as a base for the IBC. The IBC will get moved later once it is emptied .

Evening all, been working today and boy was it warm.
Everything is ok, garden still going great. Hard work for hubby, although he loves it.
It’s the GGs 13th Birthday tomorrow and she has dyed her hair mauve for the fun of it. To be truthful she has auburn hair and gets called ginger and other names all the time.
Mauve will set them thinking ....

My grandmother had auburn hair which sadly none of her children nor grandchildren inherited...much to our disappointment!

I need to get a bit of ironing out of the way this morning before it gets hot out there, then a bit more cutting back, then I'm taking the afternoon off! Yeh ..right......I can live in hope!
