Tonight I've some chicken thighs, so possibly goan flavour or massaman with coconut and coriander with a flatbread or wraps.

Did someone mention fizz???…ooooo…errr ..missis….

Last night we grabbed some dim sum to pick at, followed by profiteroles.
Today will be fresh pasta in a wild boar ragu and a side salad …followed by clementines"Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple

Today I roasted aubergine, tomatoes, and garlic. I then added a can of tomatoes, chicken stock and oregano. I simmered it all and then blended it into a soup. I added a handful of scallops to poach and when they were cooked added some cottage cheese and zapped again.
It was really nice.
Ice cream lolly next.

Cauli and pear soup.
