This evening lamb casserole.

Pasta with a creamy courgette and pea sauce. Dried fruit salad for pud. About time we had a pud.

Oranges for pud

King prawn and scallop gratins with a big salad and bread and butter.

Strawberries and cream.

Up the valley for supper. Braised lentils and veg for lunch. Breadmaking this afternoon.

Gammon shanks with orange and maple sauce, new potatoes, carrots and french beans.

Lime jelly with tinned mandarins in it. Cream.

Left over mussels in a creamy sauce with pasta

Quite fancying a fruit crumble for pud

Chinese last night, picky bits from M&S tonight

We were going to have quiche, or omelette, or ribs with salad today but I'm now fancying some Winter comfort food.

I think it will be fish pie made from cod out of the freezer. Also carrots and peas.

We've still got leftover jelly.

Roast pork loin, roast potatoes and carrots, cauliflower cheese and Yorkshire pudding. We haven't had a roast dinner for ages, so I'm looking forward to it
