Cod, toms and courgettes en papillote. Other veg to be decided. I went a bit overboard at the veg shop yesterday... Green beans and romanesco are currently the top options.
I went overboard at market yesterday too Snoop - we now have two broccoli, two massive cauli, a cabbage and enough of our own cavelo Nero and purple kale to eat asap to sink a rowing boat!
I have a feeling I’ll be turning into a brassica before long
I did manage to resist a mahoooosive romanesco …
At least I can grate the cauli into cauli rice….maybe one of the broccoli too, but I’ve never tried that?

I've been struggling to decide this morning. No fresh meat or fish left in the fridge, so either eggs, homemade soup, or meat/fish out of the freezer.
I have got some really nice eggs with golden, standy uppy yolks so at the moment I'm thinking omelette, (mushroom and/or cheese), with jacket sweet potato, corn on the cob and either homemade coleslaw or waldorf type salad.
^^^ that sounded absolutely delish Mark Rand Where do you get the meat from?
Yesterday I made a sardine and courgette quiche , so we’ll be having that with a side salad.
Either an orange, or a blackcurrant ‘trifle’ for pud if it sets in time.
Now then…we have 5 dozen eggs to contend with. Obviously we’ll be giving some away but

Pheasants from my favourite butcher and kept in the freezer. Just stripped the meat from the carcass and removed the skin and fat from it. Remains have been boiled down to make stock
