Well..I ‘ve already decided on tomorrow’s food
Avacado with a a chopped tomato ,cucumber, and radish filling for starters
Salmon with asparagus and jacket spuds with a lemony sauce
Followed by fresh pineapple and yog for pud.
So that’s this weekend sorted!

The neighbour was so impressed with the chicken that he's bringing me another one! To ring the changes, I'm thinking of jointing it and trying this recipe, GF, and freezing the leftovers. Just trying to work out how much of the chicken to put in the slow cooker. Do you reckon the pieces need to be in a single layer in the bottom, GF? Thanks. Yes, I reckon a single layer I gave the skin a good browning first. I also think it needs plenty sauce, but that's probably just me......and the sauce is gorgeous.Originally posted by Snoop Puss View Post

I did Steak au Poivre avec chips, peas et mushrumps tonight. Made a change from the Steak Diane that I usually get asked for.
