                      • Yesterday I decided to make two smaller individual yorkshire puddings instead of one big one. I don't know if this was the reason but they were probably some of the best ones I've ever made. I suppose they'll always vary as I never weigh the ingredients. Even Mr GF, who is getting more picky as he gets older, cleared his plate with gusto.

                        Tonight baked salmon, jacket sweet potatoes, tomato, pesto and mozzarella bake and sweetcorn.

                          • I’m in the camp preferring large Yorkshire Puds. I enjoy a small amount of crispy bit but I absolutely love the soggy centre!
                            I think my mom put me off with hers- they were dry and cardboard like.

                              • Slow cooker brisket, onions, celery, carrots, with roasties, Yorkshire puds, peas and kale.

                                I like small puds the tray I use now makes 6 deep ones.
