      • There's some quiche left from yesterday, but I think we'll manage to eat that up for lunch/snacks/supper. The dates wrapped in bacon were okay, but it would have been much better if I hadn't semi-cremated them.

The supermarket delivery is due, and supposedly, they have all my items with no substitutions. Therefore, I think moussaka with a salad followed by strawberries and cream.

                    • Tonight cheese and onion crispbakes, roast vegetables(mushrooms, courgette, aubergine, onion, garlic, peppers, preserved lemons and whatever else is loitering in the bottom of the fridge), and couscous.

Yoghurt for Mr GF, blue cheese and crackers for me.

                        • Tonight will be salmon. I think I'll put it in a risotto with some courgette and sweetcorn. This also means I've been able to take a pot of chicken stock out of the freezer as somehow freezer space is getting tight again. Having said that, I have just put two bags of croissants, a bag of corn cobs, some bread rolls and a bag of mixed peppers in there.

                          Strawberries and cream for dessert.

                          • OH has been ‘skip diving’ into the freezers.
Looks like tonight we are having mussels with pasta, with crispy fresh homemade bread!
Melon either for pud or starters.

                              • At Mr GF's suggestion, soup tonight. I can't decide between mushroom or tomato. I'll let him pick. We'll have it with bread and butter and grated parmesan..... More freezer space as I'll take chicken stock and bread rolls out of there.

                                Strawberries and cream.
