Briam with cold chicken and coleslaw. Extra briam for the freezer.

Courgette soup for the freezer.

This evening veggie burgers, Charlottes, with a garden salad.

Linguine with tom and onion sauce, courgettes and French beans with garlic, sweetcorn, roasted aubergines and cucumber sticks.

Dover Sole, New potatoes and Butternut squash - which i'll probably turn the left over squash into a soup for next week sometime

Tonight prawn, pea and courgette risotto (again). Seeing as it's a bank holiday weekend and I am feeling generous a pudding might be in order. Torn between making lemon meringue pie or Bakewell tart. I might even let my husband choose.

Leek and potato soup for the freezer. Bread.
