  • The first of our spuds!
    Charlotte.
    They should be quite waxy but the are in fact pretty floury -lack of water is my guess -but they got smothered in butter all the same! Yum!

              Over a kilo of French beans.

                  • Today I lifted some of my first potatoes arran pilot & made wedges with a bit of cajun seasoning,just chop the raw potato up & bake in some olive oil,really fresh tasting
