      • Amazing - tomatoes flowering in February!
Mostly flowers, some fruit and veg, at the seaside in Edinburgh.

        • Have just been out in the greenhouse and have sowed some Ailsa Craig, and moved some moneymaker and stupice into my raised bed
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

                        • Just checking. Noticed a couple of trusses on my tomato plants - think it was on a red cherry. The plant are only about 20cm. Should I nip them off? The plants are in decent shape - not too leggy but not exactly thick. Not sure the plants are strong enough to hold tomatoes yet.

                            • Ive never removed tomato flowers leave them on Annie, you could put a support stick in & put it outside in the nice weather, the wind & weather makes the plant harder, less tender. This photos from last year May 3rd,none of mine this year have flowers yet -

                              • Thanks will leave on. Have started putting them in the greenhouse during the day and have put a supporting stake in one. Can’t believe I have signs of fruit this early. Mind you I have never started my tomatoes this early before.
