        Flowers of the day are these perennial flowers,I don’t know what they’re called,they’ve been here in this garden longer than me I think -

            JJ are they ostiospermum = African daisy
            it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

              Looks like Osteospermum jucundum , some class it as half-hardy but it came though last winter, same as always

                        As it’s already hot (22.4C) I thought that hot colors would be good. Normandy poppies with the black stain at the base of the petals and corn poppies without.

                            Flower of the day is my clematis viticella,it’s in a shady spot,wound round my buddleia. Clever how it’s used a petal to hold on to the branch,didnt notice that from the overall view of the plant -
