      A few nice little antique places there too. Lovely to go for a walk by the river in the summertime.

      Hope you enjoy your plot half as much as I have enjoyed mine, although I would have chosen a different plot to you as I'm chit scared of equestrian beings, have been ever since a donkey tried to eat my whole arm as a kid. Dad had to hit it on the nose to get it to let go. (my Nan's attempts with her handbag having failed.)
