                  What a beautiful neighbour! We have horses at the bottom of our Lottie, built in entertainment fot the kids and Poo on tap, Super!

                    Um, watch for him/her having a wee - if it comes out 'underneath' it is a boy, if 'behind' it is a girl. Sorry, most polite way I could think to explain it!
