My mum held on till we were all with her and as we arrived one by one she calmed down as she was very aggitated. The best bit for me was that I didnt know she had taken a turn for the worse and decided to pop in on my way home, what I was going to do was take my little girl home and come back in the evening, had I done that I would have missed her passing. ( she died 20 mins after I arrived )
Hope your dad makes it back in time hugs to you all.

Again, can I take a moment to thank you all for your kindness, it means so much to me.

Dad arrived at the hospital Friday afternoon, and Ninny finally decided she had had enough, and passed-over yesterday lunchtime. I'm going to ask my Dad to include Ollie's poem in her service.

It's amazing how people can hold on till someone they love comes and then let go. She decided it was her time.
