What variety are they? A David Austin variety?

Morning all.

Those ice creams look good, GF. I made some unusual ice cream on Monday after coming across the recipe online. I'm a vanilla through and through woman, but I had to try making this, it's chai ice cream, made with tea and spices. It tastes quite nice, and I think it would be delicious on baked apple or pancakes or xmas pud. Not sure I'd eat a bowl of it on its own though.

Beautiful roses, Rary, love the clematis in the background too.

They really are beautiful. Congratulations. Hope they dont suffer too much in the rains. And that they've got lots of buds for another showing.

Those look pretty good ice creams, GF. From the prices of these and the big tub, it looks like everyone and their dog must have a Nectar card. What a price difference!

Mr Snoop is out on errands and for an X-ray for suspected lumbago, poor man. Me, I'm holding the fort with Jack. How much work I get done is anybody's guess. We actually got a lie-in till quarter to seven today, quarter to six UK time. But he is so full of beans he's unstoppable. We've had a decent walk and loads of play and he's still going strong. He's currently playing with the broom, which he has dragged outside and is chewing to death. Better that than our shoes, which he has at last discovered in the form of the fancy ones Mr Snoop was about to put on to go out.

Right, I'll get a bit of work done while Jack is chewing. Catch you all later.
