Good morning all, dull but dry here.
Nothing in pa rticular becons, so it will be a pottering day.

MH, I am a total ditherer when it comes to sending stuff to the charity shop.
Last time I had two large bags full, and while they sat there for a few days before my husband brought thrm to the shop I had taken two items back out as couldn't bear to part with them.

Nice to know I'm not the only one who dithers. The older I get, the harder it seems to be to make choices.

The sun has now disappeared and the breeze feels decidedly chilly. My shorts are going to disappear again for a while too.

I've just put a Paradise slice into the oven. I haven't made one for a few weeks so I'm really looking forward to it. I haven't told Mr GF yet. He'll probably smell it cooking shortly though.

I was wondering about Snoop too. I hope she gets her internet sorted out.

No rain last night which surprises me as we had rolling thunder on and off all afternoon and evening.
Not checked yet, but I fancy a quick trip to a vide Grenier if there is one close enough.
Apart from that, it’ll be gardening and domestics today.Plenty to choose from. I do love that there is a massive choice of things needing sorting in the garden/ potagers….as the mood takes me

Just ready for a cuppa, Nicos, as I've been out for a walk and found it rather chilly today. I hope it warms up a bit, I wanted to plant out my cosmos seedlings as they already have flower buds on.

Not a Star Wars fan - I saw the first film and wasn't that impressed, so I've not seen any of the others.

It was warm enough for shorts all day yesterday hopefully today will be the same.

I did my usual wondering around the garden in my PJ's watering seedlings earlier, was thinking if to put my toms in the GH or not they're getting rather heavy to be carrying in and out, then I read Mondays weather lows of 2 -3c overnight. looks like they won't be planted out just yet.

Very windy here at the moment - and we lost electricity and internet for a while .

All good now. Can’t imagine the locals would tolerate no electricity in the run up to a family Sunday lunch! Big thing here still.

Good morning all. Misty sun here.
Off to the church shortly and then our wh9le family are meeting up for lunch.
We do this every year as most of our birthdays fall in April or May.
No umbrella's needed here today, Happy Sunday.

We're still in single figures, temperature wise here. It's also quite windy with black clouds, although we have no rain in the forecast.

I had a half decent night's sleep last night for a change.

I've never been a Star Wars fan either but I loved the original Star Trek series.... Beam me up, Scottie.

I'm thinking about making profiteroles later, particularly now that I've found out that the shells can be frozen. I've just hunted out my copy of mum's old chocolate sauce recipe. It does look rather dog eared, complete with chocolate fingerprints.

She would be. It is dead easy, tastes great and keeps well in the fridge (or so I'm told)
