Imam bayildi with rice. Maybe some plums baked in marsala for pud. Need to see what the marsala is like, as it got opened by mistake (not by me...) ages ago.
Edited: unbaked plums it is... No hardship, though, as the flesh is very sweet while the skin adds a touch of acidity. Perfect for us, in other words.Last edited by Snoop Puss; 26-08-2025, 08:22 AM.

We had a cheese omelette last night. I don't know why we don't have omelette more often as we both really enjoy it. Every time we have it I say the same ... and then forget.
Tonight I think cheese and onion crispbakes. As we enjoyed our salads so much yesterday, we'll have more potato salad, and more tomato, olive, feta and avocado salad. Maybe some corn on the cob too.
