Cooking Tonight #5

[Snoop Puss]

Baked pots with mató cheese and salad.

Harvest bread (sourdough with cranberries, raisins and walnuts) and a load of cookies for Mr Snoop to give as gifts. (The cookies were my idea and I'm now kicking myself for saying it out loud rather than just keeping the thought to myself.)

I've eventually made up my mind. We'll be having cod and salmon fish pie with peas and carrots.

I've some pork shoulder steaks but no idea what I'm doing with them yet.

There's going to be one short-dated item on my online shop, due this morning. It's the cheese and onion crispbakes. We'll have them today with a big salad and a few potato wedges.

I do like toasties Flo. Not had one for years, but I do keep fancying one.
I noticed there is something to make toasties in an air fryer. Not that we’ve got an air fryer!

I have and regularly use my air fryer Nicos, but not for toasties. I bought The toasted sandwich maker when the kitchen was flooded. I think I used it once as an alternative to microwave meals so it's been back in its box for three years until today!

Himself wants ham, cheese and Branston. I think I'll have cheese and naked beans. We've got messy donuts again for after

Looks like my earlier post has vanished

This evening we’re having veg curry with rice and naan breads.

We make toasted sandwiches a few times a week using the cages that came with our toaster. Years ago we had an electric toastie maker but I didn’t like the crunchy edges.

Salmon, sorrel sauce, homegrown kale and gnocchi
Oranges or pineapple for pud

Tonight probably Carbonara of the poor... with bacon rashers instead of the traditional guanciale

Ended up making a pork black bean /veg/ rice / noodle ensemble of dishes.

Fish, chips and mushy peas from the local chippy.

Something we haven't had for ages. Lambs liver, a mountain of onions, mashed potatoes, carrots and savoy cabbage with onion gravy.

(I'll never forget the first time I ever cooked liver for Mr GF. He could have soled his boots with it.)
