Tonite its Roast beef,potatoes,carrots and yorkshire puds

We forgot to get the roast pork out of the freezer - so that’s for tomorrow with our own psb…still plenty more to come!
Tonight will be courgette fritters with a salad.

Having stepped on the scales this morning, tonight will be a lettuce leaf

Cottage pies from the freezer. My back is still playing up so that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
Mixing some mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, onions that are all on the way out with some garlic to pop in a curry later in the week.

Orange for pud. ( and maybe a teeny piece of the apple and almond cake)

As an afterthought, seeing as there isn’t as much meat left as I had thought, I’ve got a black pudding out of the freezer as well.

No idea at the moment. So that probably means a risotto of some variety when the time comes.

Roast belly pork with roasted veg

Spicy pumpkin soup and crusty bread
Followed by salmon and scallops served with spinach and bulgar wheat.
kiwi for pud

I've some pork shoulder steaks, no idea what I'm doing with then yet.
