Tonight was going to be sausage and mash with veg, gravy etc but my husband insisted we're overdue for risotto so the sausages are in the freezer and the prawns have come out.

So it will be prawn, mushroom, sweetcorn and broccoli risotto.

Well it ended up as carrot soup but with ginger and thyme rather than coriander with bits of crispy smoked bacon sprinkled over the top and croutons for Mr GF.

Toad in the hole with roasties, carrots plus some french beans and peas from the freezer.

Small joint of loin of pork done in the pressure cooker with dried apricots, prunes, etc. As much cabbage as I can fit on the rest of the plate. Had more cauli recently than is good for me...

Cauli and pear soup for the freezer.
