Plants for a pound

Just been to our local pound shop and they have fruit bushes for a pound. I bought a couple and on getting them home they seem to have a good root system. Also pots, shallots, garlic all a pound and all seeds packets 4 for a pound. Just thought I would pass this on seems worth a look.
