well i say that, it is actually growing... Just very, very, very slowly...

It's looking good Peteyd. It's a super hot so they do grow slowly.

Thanks for the reassurance, I'm having a "chilli off" with a mate at work and after several plants didn't germinate, this is all i have left in the running...
