I thought I was going to be the earliest sowing my corn next week sometime! (they will go out under my huge cloche)

First sowing for me outside - carrots, mange tout, peas and lettuces. Covered in polythene to speed up germination.

                  • Tried my first parsnips in buckets. Not sure they'll germinate, but I can hope.

Also put my early potatoes in.
