A couple more butternut squashes as the first sowing hasn't resulted in any seedlings so far. And a couple more courgettes for good measure.

Today sowed 5 pots of peas, the two peas that germinated in rocket grow compost have stayed like tiny green dots, they’re not growing. Im walking around thinking what plants don’t I care about,to use this rocket grow compost on,it’ll probably be good as a mulch somewhere soon. Also today sowed cucumbers partytime & passandra

Constable Knapweed patrols my wild grassy bit, while Lady Rosemary presides in the back garden. She is a hardier soul than Sir Basil, who prefers to sit indoors by the window at this time of year, waiting for summer.

Put runner beans to chit yesterday, I'm leaving the CFB till 10th May as per Charles Dowding's advice not to start them too early, which I always do.
