Removed all of the glass from the greenhouse I'm moving, and cleaned all the moss and gunge from the roof frame and gutters while I was at it.
Also potted up some more pre-sprouted seeds (another pepino, two pineapple tomatillos, and 7 watermelon seeds), and sowed some tomato seeds (two types, both hollow stuffing types).

Pepper seedlings update - I haven’t done anything just watering from below, except for the first two rows I just threw some water over to try & get them to finally germinate, they’re the Citrina variety from T & M,just one seed out of eight germinated, the seedlings that germinated like normal seeds are from Kings, this has happened before,T & M seeds don’t like it here I need to pot them on soon -

Lifted my Jerusalem Artichokes, again, I kept them in a pot of compost as they keep better that way, I was just in time as the dinky ones were already rooting. So, I've potted up all the small bulbs for replanting and brought the big ones in to roast.
Filled up my homemade chicken wire hanging thingy with feathers from an old pillow as I saw a Long Tailed Tit fly past with a beakful which reminded me as I'd completely forgotten.
Picked a big vase full of Daffs which had got battered to the ground by the rain. Took forever to knock all the Pollen Beetles out.
Started emptying the pots of Begonias which I forgot to lift, they've rotted off and are full of Vine Weevil grubs, so I picked them all out and popped them into a little dish for the birds.

Made more progress on moving the greenhouse. I detached it from the base and (with assistance) lifted the frame off in one piece and put it aside, then I unbolted the metal base from its foundations and pried up said foundations (concrete blocks; we're not allowed permanent foundations), and started laying them as foundations on my plot. I've done half way around so far. It takes a surprisingly long time to get them perfectly square and level. And on the subject of level, since my plot is on a slope I'm needing to dig one side in slightly and build the other side up slightly, which creates more work (especially the building up, as I have to get the clay as compact as possible before I but the blocks on).

Did more work on the greenhouse foundations. I've done three of four sides now, and also built a retaining wall, out of paving slabs buried vertically two-thirds deep, along the fourth side (which is the downhill side) to keep the soil in so that I can build that side up high enough to make the foundations level. I also hammered in some stout metal poles, all at least 18 inches into the ground, around the raised up sections to help keep everything secure and stable.

Yesterday I finally put up the garden arch for my clematis that has been in it's box behind the sofa since last summer.
Did three loads of washing and hung them all on the line, (I love hanging out washing!) it was such a lovely warm, sunny and breezy day it all dried in no time including my sheepskin rug!

I just put some BFB around the broccoli (& onions that are next to the broccoli) & the fruit trees,it’s raining so it’s nice it will sink into the soil straight away. Also went in the shed to find some cell trays & pots for seed sowing that’s happening in the kitchen in a minute once I’ve searched through the seed packets

Potted up some more sprouted pepper, watermelon and cape gooseberry seeds, and sowed some beefsteak tomato seeds.
I also potted up some sprouted okra seeds. I only put them to sprout 48 hours earlier, and they already had roots over a centimetre long.

Tidied up around the strawberries plants, then did 4 trugs worth of general garden weeding.

I have been doing the rotavating on the main and side big beds. The soil is only just dry enough.

Finished the greenhouse foundations and bolted on the base. Then I built a path down the middle, dug the soil inside over and dug in a load of sand, and topped it up with two barrow loads of extra soil.
Now all I need to do is attach the actual greenhouse frame and fit the glass back in.

Carried the greenhouse frame over to my plot and screwed it to the base, then scrubbed all of the glass before starting to fit some of it. Only had time to fit seven panes so far, though.

Fitted all of the walls of the greenhouse with glass, and put the door back on.
I haven't fitted the roof yet because I wan't to get the guttering set up properly first.

Pricked out my lettuces. Potted on nine star broc and beetroots. Sowed a load of herbs. Started arranging my courtyard potted plants display, last year it was all flowers, this year I'm mixing it up with flowers, fruits and veg. Today I positioned some pots of narcissus, muscari, tulips and blueberries.
